Prop: A party invitation

Can any of you tell me the meaning of the word celebrate?

What kinds of celebrations do you have? Birthday parties, family reunions, ect.

Can anybody tell me what this is? (Hold up sealed invitation)

It’s an invitation. This week we are having Bible School and I am inviting you to come join us. This weeks theme is The Great Global Adventure: Celebrating Life in Christ. So today I want to talk with you for a few minutes about some of the great things that we can celebrate as Christians.
