“My Lord My Lord why you have forsaken me”

LORD NEVER FORSAKES

II Tim. 4:16

Jesus was forsaken

Forsaken by Parents, by his own relatives, by his own siblings, by his own disciples. Accused of, betrayed of and sold off. In all these he took no offense but if the Lord forsakes is it acceptable?

He found it very difficult and indigestible. Jesus was the beloved Son of God. Jesus was on the bosom of God. The Lamb of God. The Son of God. The reality is Jesus was forgotten, forsaken for the ugliness, wickedness and evil all these are the results of bearing the cross. Cross is nothing but sin and curse. The Cross not simply relieved one Barabbas but numerous Judas, Peters and Thieves, adulterers and idolatrous etc.
