3 Jewish idiom for sexual intercourse between a man and a woman

4 to become acquainted with, to know

It's an experiential knowledge not only rests in the mind but we are capable of experiencing like compared to a sexual intercourse between a man and a woman. We are acquainted of it because we live it.

A. JESUS is in the Father

"At that time [when that day comes] you will know [for yourselves] that I am in My Father,"

2 Corinthians 5:19 (Amplified Bible)

5:19 It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).

Colossians 1:19 (Amplified Bible)

1:19 For it has pleased [the Father] that all the divine fullness (the sum total of the divine perfection, powers, and attributes) should dwell in Him permanently.

Colossians 2:19 (Amplified Bible)

2:19 And not holding fast to the Head, from Whom the entire body, supplied and knit together by means of its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

John 10:38 (Amplified Bible)

10:38 But if I do them, even though you do not believe Me or have faith in Me, [at least] believe the works and have faith in what I do, in order that you may know and understand [clearly] that the Father is in Me, and I am in the Father [One with Him].

B. JESUS is in me and I am in JESUS

"and you [are] in Me, and I [am] in you"

John 6:56 (Amplified Bible)

6:56 He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood dwells continually in Me, and I [in like manner dwell continually] in him.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (Amplified Bible)

5:17 Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!

Colossians 1:27 (Amplified Bible)

1:27 To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ within and among you, the Hope of [realizing the] glory.

1 John 4:12 (Amplified Bible)

4:12 No man has at any time [yet] seen God. But if we love one another, God abides (lives and remains) in us and His love (that love which is essentially His) is brought to completion (to its full maturity, runs its full course, is perfected) in us!

It's a divine mystery where GOD, the Son, JESUS CHRIST chooses to dwell inside of us, tabernacled inside of us and He in us, we are in Him.
