Summary: Salvation is so simple. Getting saved is so easy. Jesus did th ehard part!!!
JESUS DID THE HARD PART !!!
Here Paul gives us the Gospel in it’s simplicity.
Salvation is so powerful.....the Gospel is so powerful.
It can convict you, save you, change you, comfort you, encourage you, correct you, mold you into the image of Christ.
How can something so powerful be so simple???
Because.....JESUS DID THE HARD PART !!!
I. BECAME POOR SO I COULD BECOME RICH (2 Cor. 8:9)
II. SUFFERED SO I COULD HAVE PLEASURE (Is. 53)
III. BECAME SIN SO I COULD BE MADE RIGHTIOUS (2 Cor. 5:21)
IV. DIED SO I COULD LIVE (Jn 3:16 / Rom. 5:8)
V. GOT UP SO I COULD GO UP (Jn. 11:25)
NO WONDER SALVATION IS SO EASY...JESUS DID THE HARD PART!!!
