Deep down inside of you, I know many of you need a miracle. Because behind all the make up and LV bags and cute little outfits and fixed up hair, I see a “dressed up, mixed up, desperate” person who is crying from the very depth of your being.

Webster’s Dictionary

Cry:

1. To make inarticulate sobbing sounds expressing grief, sorrow or pain

2. To weep; to call loudly; to shout

3. To demand or require remedy or action

Strong’s Concordance

Cry:

1. to scream

2. to shriek

3. to exclaim

You have to realize that the miracle cry is one that is calling out loudly for immediate remedy or action. It’s a cry for a move of God on your behalf.

Psalm 107:28-30

Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a clam, so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.

God is waiting for many of you to get to the point that you are ready to cry out of your miracle! You need a sudden move of God in your life.

1. It’s time for you to cry out for your miracle!

Stop acting like everything is okay. You are blind, discouraged, disgusted, disappointed and everything is not all right.

Mark 10:46-47

And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. And he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to CRY OUT, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy one me.

Many of you are in spiritual darkness today because you don’t have the light of the world to bring you out. Jesus is here now in the midst of you. Bartimaeus cried out and now it’s time for some of you to cry out.

We find in the above verse that Jesus was leaving Jericho and came pass where Bartimaeus was on the highway begging. When he heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out for him to have mercy on him.

Let’s cry out now for our situation no matter what it is. Jesus is here right now to bring you out of your situation. Some of you need to cry for mercy. You don’t have the answer. This ain’t no time to be cute and check your makeup or decorate your house in your mind or wonder what time we are getting out. It’s time to cry out for mercy for your miracle!

II. Many will try to attack you to get you to quit before you get your miracle.

Mark 10:48a

And many charged him that he should hold his peace.

They were saying to him to Shut up, be quite, and die in his condition of blindness.

Wouldn’t you think that the people would have wanted the blind man well? But when you are ready to move forward to your deliverance and cry the “miracle cry”, many will tell you that you are crazy that it don’t take all that – but I am here to tell you that it takes all that.

There are two attacks that come when you are ready to move forward to see your miracle or deliverance:

a. Attack of ridicule. Look at verse 48 – to hold his peace. The people have to be crazy –- it has to come to a point of time that no matter what comes your way –I am going to get my miracle.

b. Attack to discredit you. This is the attack to tell you that you are unworthy. The people in verse 48 were telling the blind man to stay in his blindness and that they were the ones that deserved to be well. But Jesus said in the scriptures that he didn’t come for the well but for the sick.

c. Attack to get you to quit. Some of you have quit because of the ridicule or the feeling of unworthiness. But I am here to tell you to get up and cry the louder!

Scream now: Jesus of Nazareth, have mercy on me!

III. The miracle cry is a WAR cry.

In other words, “I DECLARE WAR ON THE DEVIL”.

When you decide that you are going to cry the miracle, cry, then you must understand that you are in a war.

Now many say today that we are pass the warfare and there is no need to fight. But I am here to tell you that my Bible says:

For our fight is not against any physical enemy, but against all the powers of evil that hold sway in the darkness around us and spiritual agents from the very headquarters of evil. Wherefore, take up with you to the battle…Ephesians 6:12-13a
