I. The Direction The Way

Who wants to go to Heaven? Raise your hands

Matt 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the gate, and

broad [is] the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many

there be which go in thereat:1 14 Because strait [is] the

gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and

few there be that find it.

There may be several ways to Jesus, but there’s only one way to God

I hate to tell you this but the Baptist aren’t the “ONLY” ones that will

be in Heaven

That’s thru Jesus Christ and your faith in Him. PERIOD.

II. The Deception The Truth

Why can knowing the truth about Salvation be so clouded for some?

Because the devil has polluted it. It wants salvation as hard to

understand as possible. He wants people basing their salvation

on the wrong information. He would love for you or me to be the

one that Matt is writing about when he wrote 22 Many will say to

me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?

and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many

wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never

knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

But thanks be unto God, there is no deception in Jesus. Just the truth

Mark 12:14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we

know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou

regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of

God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

III. The Desire The Life

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to

destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that

they might have [it] more abundantly.

Mark !0:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There

is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or

father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake

and the gospel's, 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold

now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and

mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and

in the world to come eternal life

Conclusion:

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none

other name under heaven given among men, whereby

we must be saved.
