Summary: Short message during virus shut down time. This was shared by text and other media.

It’s all apart of God’s plan?

I have heard that said in several different ways.

So, what should we say then when bad things happen? Some may say God is still all powerful and all knowing so it seems like it’s still God’s plan that this bad thing happened isn’t it? Kinda, sort of or maybe. There is a difference between what God allows  and what God wants.  I know that sounds like double talk to some so let me give an analogy.

In a plant they have rules about “lock out and tag out”. That means a dangerous piece of equipment should have the power turned off with a tag on the switch and a lock on the panel breaker. Now a person climbs into a rock crusher that isn't “locked out and tagged out” to repair it and the equipment starts up and crushes their leg.

You could say to the person: It was in Gods plan for that to happen to you or God’s ways are not our ways. Then we could say God works in mysterious ways or you just didn't have enough faith that it wouldn't start and crusher started and crushed your leg.

Some say things like that because they think the idea that God has these things that happen all under control. It will help them to have hope in the tough spot they are in. Then they realize it wasn’t their fault at all. But then again as they ponder it they can’t understand why God did this to them. Was it punishment for something they did. Was it so the pain of it all could allow someone to come to Christ that was having a hard time reaching Christ. Many believe that is the way it is.

It goes back to who is at fault that the crusher wasn’t locked out and tagged out? The company has regulations in their safety manual that says to do it and how to do it.

God is never blind to our tears, never deaf to our prayers and never silent to our pain. He sees, He hears and He will be with us all the days of our lives if we know his Son as Savior. The Holy Spirit, the Comforter, is right beside us and will be there and help us through whatever happens.

This CoVid-19 started in China they say in a market where they sold live animals to be purchased and taken home to kill and eat. This may be true or not.

Who’s fault is it that we are stuck in our homes with no toilet paper in sight. God can do whatever he wants but he has written a Safety Manual for us. It’s called the Holy Bible. Let us use it in the way it was intended not in they way we want it to read.

We will get through this CoVid-19 and for awhile we will be better for it. However, if we don’t read His Safety Manual as he intended we will not understand him in the way He intended.

Here are 6 good reason to read God’s Safety Manual:

1. It contains God’s will for our lives

2 Timothy 3:16

2. It is our nourishment

Matthew 4:4.

3. It gives us discernment

Hebrews 4:12.

4. It instructs us in righteousness

Psalm 119:9.

5. It is full of God’s promises.

Revelation 2:7

6. It contains power to overcome

James 1:14
