I Want That Mountain

Introduction:

-We always heard or maybe not but seldom or only today that "WE ARE SAVED TE SERVE GOD AND NOT TO PRESERVE"

-but in serving or following him,God expect our whole-hearted service for him.

-being Whole means in original language is to "SATISFY"-to give enough to.

-in dictionary being whole or wholly means,"COMPLETELY".

-in the field of mathematics,a Whole Number means an "INTEGER"

-this chapter describes the distribution of the land under the supervision of Joshua,Eleazar and the key Tribal Leaders by the casting of lots.

-in gaining and receiving the mountain God Promised unto us we must serve him Whole-Heartedly.

HOW?

1.DON'T LOOK ON OTHERS

-the problem is,we Christians are depending or looking on others to serve God.

Looking to others will leads to:

a.DISCOURAGEMENT

meaning,to lose hope and strength,but God encourage us in HEBREWS 12:2,to look upon Jesus which is the author and finisher of our faith.

b.DIFFERENTIATE,or compare ourselves to others

c.DISAPPOINTMENT,to fail to satisfy one's wish or hope
