"I'm Getting Ready For My Miracle"

This Particular Story is an interesting story when you have a view point of the story now the best way to do that is to start from the beginning and go through it In an Expository Way. If you look at verse 1 in chapter 3 the first person that you are introduced to is the King of Israel who name is Jehoram. Now Jehoram Becomes even more interesting when you find out who his parents were. (Verse 1) Now Notice that Jehoram is the King of Israel and Jehoshaphat is the king of Judah that a beautiful Picture Jehoram was the king of Israel But he was the son of Ahab and Jezebel Jehoram had a bad background out of all of Israel Kings Ahab was the Worst and sitting next to him in his throne was Queen Jezebel. Jezebel was the one who really messed Ahab up because she was from Tyre the Daughter of Ethbaal the King of Tyre and the high Priest of the worship of Baal. So She Brings HER Religion into Samaria and into the throne of Israel. So Jehoram is messed up to start with but when you come to the King of Judah Jehoshaphat here is a man that believes in praising God. Now Look at what the word said About Jehoram 2 and he wrought evil in the sight of the LORD; but not like his father, and like his mother: for he put away the [a]image of Baal that his father had made. But Even though he brought evil the bible gives him this credit not like his father nor his mother for he put away the image of Baal. God hates when your worshiping the Idols he refused to worship the Idols that his Father and Mother worshiped 3 Nevertheless he cleaved unto the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom. Now you ask what was thoses sins well he hid out man who was not fit to be a priest they was not apart of the Levitical Tribe but if they paid him enough money he will let them be a priest He sat up a Idol in a worshiping place and would not come down to Jerusalem the Holy place see you got people that will put down some evil and hold the rest No when the Lord clean you up He wants to clean you up from all your mess. The story begins with verse 4 And Mesha king of Moab was a sheepmaster, and rendered unto the king of Israel an hundred thousand lambs, and an hundred thousand rams, with the wool. Now this was what he was doing when Ahab was Alive 5 But it came to pass, when Ahab was dead, that the king of Moab rebelled against the king of Israel. In other words He paid tribute to Ahab but when Ahab died he let Jehoram know that he was through now. 6 And king Jehoram went out of Samaria the same time, and numbered all Israel. Jehoram wanted to see if he had Enough Soldiers to go up against him. 7 And he went and sent to Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, saying, The king of Moab hath rebelled against me: wilt thou go with me against Moab to battle? And he said I will go up: I am as thou art, my people as thy people, and my horses as thy horses. Now you have to remember that even though Jehoram was no longer serving the True and Living God Jehoshaphat recognize that Jehoram is part of the same Family. 8 And he said, Which way shall we go up? And he answered, The way through the wilderness of Edom. Now see you need to examine the road that you travel you can’t just except what anybody say at face value. Jehoram choice the direction he said where going through the Wilderness of Edom and they picked up the King of Edom and he went along with them but the way they went was round about out of the way. 9 So the king of Israel went, and the king of Judah, and the king of Edom: and they fetch a compass of seven days’ journey: and there was no water for the host, and for the cattle that [b]followed them. They took a route that will take them 7 days and not only was it a long route but it was a dry route. Now you have to understand that even the cattle had to have some water the army had to have some water even the Kings had to have some water. 10 And the king of Israel said, alas, that the LORD hath called these three kings together, to deliver them into the hand of Moab. So as He got thirsty lips was parched started to feel the pains of dehydration then he started putting it on destiny that God brought us together in order to destroy us people who don’t Know god is going to always come to wrong Conclusion. 11 But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him? And one of the kings of Israel’s servants answered and said, here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, which poured water on the hands of Elijah. Recognize the sentence starts with but but is a conjunction with a difference in other words you know Automatically that Jehoshaphat is not thinking what Jehoram was thinking he had a different View Point. King Jehoram you maybe a King of a big country but I don’t want your opinion but I wanted hear from somebody that in touch with god 11 But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him? And one of the kings of Israel’s servants answered and said, here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, which poured water on the hands of Elijah. Well what his claim to fame through what University did he matriculate well I’m not able to tell you that but I know he was the one who poured water on the hands of Elijah Sometimes the greatest fact is you serve somebody that is the servant of the lord Don’t worry how about how great you are God just want you to serve somebody Because you got to understand when we all make it to heaven God is not going to Address me as a Minister But when you walk through the door he’s going to say Servant well done 12 And Jehoshaphat said, The word of the LORD is with him. So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went down to him. Now the King Didn’t say somebody go down there and get the prophet but they said we the ones in trouble and the only one that can get us out is the man of god so they went down to him 13 And Elisha said unto the king of Israel, What have I to do with thee? Get thee to the prophets of thy father, and to the prophets of thy mother. And the king of Israel said unto him, nay: for the LORD hath called these three kings together, to deliver them into the hand of Moab. He let him Know the King of Israel Said Nay I don’t want to try my Daddy’s Prophet I don’t want to try Ahab’s Prophet I don’t want to try Jezebel Prophet Because I know they don’t know the True and Living God you may fool around with a lot of stuff that aint real. But when you really get in trouble you want a real that thing that real you may have called the psychics Hot Line Before it went out of business you may once have went to Ms. Cleo before you found out that she was not even Jamaican you might have tried the palm reader until you found out they Can’t even read But when you really get in trouble you want a real Man or Women of God. 14 And Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah; I would not look toward thee, nor see thee. Say what you want to I know some churches don’t believe in Instrumental Music But I heard Elisha say before I can tell you what God said Bring me a Musician I want to hear him play And While the Musician was Playing the Spirit of God fell on Elisha and he said Get Ready For Your Miracle fill the valley with ditches dig out some Canals if water comes your going to need something to contain it Get ready you’ve been starving for 7 days 7 days you’ve been walking in thirst 7 days you’ve been Dehydrating but Get Ready For Your Miracle Fill the valley with ditches And you won’t see the wind you won’t hear roaring through the trees you won’t see any rain but when you rise up the valley is going to be filled with water I want you to know Get Ready it may look Like your Miracle is not going to happen But get ready Hallelujah the house your living in is leaning on one side but go out and look to see what kind of house you want Get Ready The Car Maybe Smoking But go to some Dealership and look and see the kind you want ya’ll don’t hear what I’m saying Get Ready I wish you tell somebody digging ditches Means Get Ready the water which is you Miracle is on the way But the Miracle can’t happen if you don’t get ready AHHHH. I’m ready For My Miracle. I got to close the enemy tell you like like Jehoram I’m out here on this Situation Because I’m getting ready to die but you have to resist a Jehoram Mentality Tell somebody you have to resist a jehoram mentality Jehoram looks on the bad side Jehoram is a Pessimist Jehoram Doesn’t have any faith . But when you want a Miracle from God you got to get with Jehoshaphat Jehoshaphat is a Praiser Jehoshaphat will Listen to the word of God Jehoshaphat is a Optimist I’m Getting Ready I don’t care how Black it seems I’m Getting Ready My Miracle is on the way ohhhh There May and I’m Going to my seat There may be a delay in your Miracle coming but I want to tell you this is the year of answer If Your Miracle Hasn’t Come yet don’t go somewhere and sit down but Praise the Lord What are you doing praising God when your Miracle hasn’t come yet tell them every time you see me praise him I’m Just digging my Ditch AHHH Everytime you see me Praise Him I Expecting the Water every time Somebody you ought Start Digging your ditch you ought to start giving him the praise “Your Miracle Is On The Way”
