Luke 8:15 (Amplified Bible)

8:15 But as for that [seed] in the good soil, these are [the people] who, hearing the Word, hold it fast in a just (noble, virtuous) and worthy heart, and steadily bring forth fruit with patience.

V. THESIS:

Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for the WORD of GOD that is You will protect us from keeping the WORD of GOD.

A. Hold it fast in a just and worthy heart

JESUS is the Sower and the Seed is the WORD of GOD.

Ephesians 2:8 (Amplified Bible)

2:8 For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;

The good ground are those that accepted CHRIST as their Savior hence by grace their heart have been changed to good and honest hearts irregardless of what they do or not, it's all by grace through faith.

Luke 6:45 (Amplified Bible)

6:45 The upright (honorable, intrinsically good) man out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart produces what is upright (honorable and intrinsically good), and the evil man out of the evil storehouse brings forth that which is depraved (wicked and intrinsically evil); for out of the abundance (overflow) of the heart his mouth speaks.

That's why GOD said to guard our hearts for this will protect the seeds of the WORD that is in our heart.
