How To Get A Handle On Criticism Within The Church

All of us we will have those times

Talking about us, make us look bad, blowing things out of proportions

Not helping but trying to drag us down

Based on jelousy and a competitive spirit

You have what they want and instead of waiting and believeing God for something they lash out at those who have

They release it by talking…criticism and

the More successful or anointe you are the more criticism you will get…and lies will be made

Not everyone will celebrate your victories with you….not singing the praises

Don’t take personally – it really is not you but it is something on the inside of them that will keep them from rising higher and stifle their spiritual growth…not just sinners do this…but believers as well

Learn to celebrate for others and with others

Keep right attitudes and God will open doors that no man can shut---and will shut doors that man opened---keeping you on the right path but you must trust Him and listen to His direction!

God has a promotion in store and he sends along a test…

If we get jealous get critical---keep us right where we are...if you want to move with God you must leave all that baggage behind...

God did it for them he can do for you

Many fall into that trap of jealousy

Competition, being cynical and even false accusations

In bible – slingers

Attack enemy- they would take stones off wall and they would sling then into wells then they could take over city because they shut off water supply

We let the slingers clog up our wells

We dwell on it, think of retaliation—get them back

Keep your well pure----recognize that is a stone coming your way don not let them

Peace joy---wont flow as it should

People try to bring

Shake it off

Let it go

Jesus told disciples shake dust off feet

He knew there would be slingers

Matt 10:14

we gotta keep focused on God not our opponent....

the enemy would love to distract us during our life with criticism and fakery and bad words...this would keep us from having the confidence to walk in The Anointing and finishing the course, keeping the faith, and fighting the fight---against him in Spirit and Truth and with The Sword of God!

we must use The word to cut into the core of what criticism and jealousy can create around us...we must cut it down before it grows---cut it at the root

face those who oppose you with God’s Leading and His Word

look to Jesus as our example

pray for your enemies

remember we do not battle against flesh and blood but against SATAN (read ephes 6)

stand still and watch and see God move upon your behalf

stop murmuring and taking things into your own hands

get your hands off of it and let Jesus take control of the situation and watch The Glory of The Lord----you will see results...
