Summary: how can you know God's will
How can you know God's will, go by you feelings, family, or friend? From James 3:17, let's look at how you can know God's will. How can you know God's will, (first ,second ,third), you can know God's will by asking yourself:
1. Will Jesus Still Be Lord?
How can you know God's will, first, ask yourself will Jesus still be Lord, will he still be Lord in my heart, will he still be Lord in my home, and will he still be Lord in my habit's, will Jesus still be Lord? It say's in James 1:17, But the wisdom that is from above is first pure". How can you know God's will, ask yourself, will this draw me closer to Christ or away from Him - is it pure? How can you know God's will, first, ask yourself, will Jesus still be Lord?
2. Do I Have A Peace About It?
How can you know God's will, second, ask yourself, do I have a peace about it, do you know inside that you know that you know tht you know? I's say's in James 1:17, that the wisdom from above is "peaceable". If you don't have a peace about it, be careful. How can you know God's will, ask yourself, do I have a peace about it, do I know that I know that I know?
3. Is It Fair?
How can you know Gods will, third, ask yourself, is it fair, is it fair to my family, is it fair o my friends, and finally, is it fair to myself, if it isn't fair to you, t's not God's will! In James 1:17, it say's that the wisdom that is from above is "without partiality and without hypocrisy". How can you know God's will ask yourself, is it fair?
Concl: Maybe your facing a decision, let's come for a time of prayer and praise, and remember the word's of James 1:17.
