HEY FOLKS IT, S TIME TO TAKE INVENTORY
Job 16:19 Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high.
Business to inventory one to two times a year it’s a full scale check up of debits and credits stock and sales. We as Christians desperately need to careful check and make corrections needed.
(1) Detailed account about Salvation.
2nd Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
Account of our time and place
The assurance of his abiding presence
The abundant life as daily provisions
(2) Our deliberate absence from service.
Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Excuses- blaming others for our failures
Envy against anyone doing more than you are
Engaged in too many worldly ways
(3) Delay of your duty as a child of God.
2nd Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
A part of fellowship broken and crumbling
A promise to do and help the church
A pledge to help te cause of Christ.
(4) Your drop out story that’s stripped you Spiritually.
Galatians 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
You have told it so much you now believe your excuse
You’ve played up yourself and played down the church long enough.
You’ve planned to stop, straighten up start over well do it lick the enemy.
(5) Our disagreement with others has let us in the same state
Galatians 5:15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.
When you can’t hurt others without feeling hurt you need help spiritual help
When we get mad and quit we weren’t playing right to start.
When we confess our sins to Christ it,s easy to forget the other party
(6) Your de-railment left you bobbing, bouncing and sinking
Galatians 5:7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
Running off track has a lot of jolting
Reverse your direction turn to Christ
Repent and return Christ is the answer
(7) Tell all about your new state and standing
Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Start new with a wonderful Lord
Scrap the old ways put it under the blood
Stay on the main track
