Let me began by encouraging us to free God to act in our life with his abundant blessing. Let me aslo remind us that we need to plant seeds in order to begin to reap a harvest. (the question) well Pastor"just how much seed do you think I shoud plant? Don’t forget i’ve got the house pay coming due and there other payments in the next few weeks I want my blessing from God, I want my life to be open for the abundant blessing from God how can this be done? well the Bible has the answer, and if you obey the Bible which is the word of God your life will be easier. (read the text).

Tithing is the first step toward receiving from God. For some strang reason, tithing seems to be a topic that people don’t want to hear. People love to hear about and talk about a loving mercyful, kind and gentle God, but we cannot. If we desire to please god and receive his abundant blessing.(avoid) the clear and strick requirement God has for his faithful stewards.

There are some who would have you believe tithing is not for today.

Some feel tithing is to legalistic, and that it has to do with the law.

Tithing is not from the law. (Hebrews 7:1-10)

Some christians believe the tithe is discretionary. And that they can tithe whenever the mood hits them. but the Bible (the text) says that TO FAIL TO TITHE IS TO ROB GOD.

To fail to tithe is to fail in your obligation to God. And when this happens the bible says YOU ARE CURSED WITH A CURSE. (v94)

Feel and understan God’s spirit. He warns his people NOT TO TAKE FROM HIM WHAT IS HIS. (DO NOT ROB HIM). Let me ask this question why does he tell us to bring in this tithes?

(1) So he can make us poor?

(2) So he can see to it that we miss our house payment?

(3)So he can watch our children miss meals?

NO SO HE CAN UNLEASH, RELEASE, HIS ABUNDANT BLESSINGS IN OUR LIFE. WINDOWS)

God does not ask you to tithe to punish you, to make things hard. God wants you to tithe SO HE CAN BLESS YOU.

the second part of this reported two fold robbery is of offerings. there is not just robbery of the tithe but also of offering.

The measure of the blessing God can pour out is always established by the measure of your offering.

Again the principle of sowing and reaping is our guide. A FARMER CAN ONLY GATHER WHAT HE HAS PLANTED.

But your offering determines the measure God can use to bless us .

Your tithe opens the windows of heaven. God does not pour out the same amount to everyone who tithes. Each tither must establish the measure God is to use. How this is done? Whatever measure you use when you give to God, he is bound by his word to use that same measure when he gives to you.

Let me encourage you to begin returning the tithe to God from every increase. then add to this a generous offering.
