Grace Will Bring You Out!

GRACE WILL BRING YOU OUT

(EPH. 2:5-9)

There are many Christians who are saved by grace but try to keep saved by obeying the law or by keeping the commandments. But I want to tell you that the “Just shall live by faith.” We live by faith, without keeping the ritual, only the moral, (which are the ten commandments) part of the law, and we do that by the power of the Holy Spirit who is living on the inside of us. Since we are saved by grace alone through faith alone, does this allow us to become a law unto ourselves and break the law of God and sin wilfully? According to Rom. 6:1-2 “God Forbid”

(Read Eph. 2:9) “Not of works lest any man should boast” Just because you do good works does not mean you are going to heaven, you must be born again. I heard somebody say that a dog does not bark because it wants to be a dog, it barks because it is a dog. Christians, we do good works because we are saved, not because we want to be saved. We must understand between law and grace. Where the law could not take us, grace could. Where the law stopped, grace kept going. Grace will bring you out.

THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW

The law was not given to justify men. “For by the deeds of the law shall no flesh be justified in God’s sight.” (Rom. 3:20; Gal. 2:16) The law was given that men might know what sin is (Rom. 3:20).

GRACE

Grace is a gift. Where did grace come from? It came from John 3:16. The instrument of grace is faith. Not faith in a thing, as some good deed we have done, but faith in a person, and that person is Jesus the Christ (The Anointed One, and His Anointing). Grace was God doing something for you that you could not do for your self.

Grace is God’s love out loving itself. Grace is something you need but do not deserve. I would like to go further with that statement by saying that grace is something you need but do not deserve, but God gives it to you freely.

DIFFERENT KINDS OF GRACE

There is comforting grace. In the time of sorrow no one can comfort you as He can. There is living grace. Paul said “I can do all things through Christ (The Anointed One and His Anointing) (Phil. 4:13) We need strength to enable us to live every day. But what Paul was talking about was that saving grace. “By grace are ye saved.”

Above all things we need salvation, but not one of us deserves it. We have sinned against God. We have broken His commandments. We deserve only to die eternally, but God freely gave us saving grace.

There was a Chinese man who was saved and he gave this testimony. He said, “I knocked at the door of the Buddha, and found that he was . I knocked at the door of Confucius, and there was no answer. I knocked at the door of Mohammad, and there was nothing but an empty sound. But when I knocked at the door of Jesus He opened the door and invited me in and took my sins away. He put a new song in my heart.

CHEAP GRACE

Cheap grace is grace we put on ourselves. Cheap grace is preaching forgiveness without requiring repentance. Cheap grace is communion without confession. Grace without the Cross. Grace without Jesus the Christ (The Anointed One, and His Anointing). Every time we conduct ourselves as persons other than disciples of Jesus the Christ (The Anointed One and His Anointing) we cheapen what He did for us.

Cheap grace finds us able to fit Jesus into our lives without having to change anything. Law and grace are like and life. The last scene in Egypt was . The of the first born. The end of the law is . ( Rom 6:23) One of the miracles of Christ (The anointed One and His anointing) was to give life. The resurrection of Lazarus. The first time the law was proclaimed, 3000 people were killed. The first time that grace was preached 3000 were saved.

GRACE WILL BRING YOU OUT

The law said to Moses at the burning Bush “put off thy shoes.” But grace said to the prodigal son “Put on thy shoes. The law says “stay away from Him (God), but grace says “Embrace Him. The law says “punish,” but grace says “forgive.” The law says “strip Him,” but grace says “give your best.” The law says “kill,” but grace says “make alive.”

Under the law the sheep died for the shepherd, but under grace the shepherd died for the sheep. Grace will bring you out. The law demands holiness, but grace gives holiness. The law declares “that as many as have sinned in the law, shall be judged by the law.” But grace declares “That there is no condemnation to them who are in Christ (The Anointed One and His Anointing) Jesus,” “For they have passed from unto life.” (John 5:24)
