Royal Rule, Autocracy, Democracy, Socialism - Where Justice does not prevail, there will be anarchy
Every society has its rules, regulations, norms. If those who are expected to practice justice breaks them, what can the righteous do?
Three sections Justice Upstaged; Asks for Justice; Justice is provided
• Justice is Upstaged (1-5)
Has Justice become silent? Injustice done by rulers who are led by Satan
• Origin of Iniquity (2) – Heart
• Consequence (3) – Estranged, Astray
• Example (4,5) – venom of serpent; deaf; no matter what you say, they won’t listen
• Requests Justice (6-9)
• Break the fangs/teeth of lions – weaken them
• Water that runs off – Cannot be retrieved
• Headless, broken arrows
• Melting snail
• Miscarriage of a woman
• Pot that is swept away
• Justice is Given (10-11)
• Judgement and Justice belongs to God
i. Privilege of the righteous (Vengeance Romans 12:19)
1. A CHILD OF God should not have a craving for vengeance
2. Child of God should not believe that it is Justice when the wicked is spared from God’s wrath
3. A Child of God should and can rejoice at the work of God at the end
ii. Reward of the Righteous – man rules, God Overrules
