A. In the past, GOD spoke to our forefathers through the prophets

"In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets"

Prophets means "foretellers", "inspired speaker", "poet"

Numbers 11:29 (The Message)

11:29 But Moses said, "Are you jealous for me? Would that all God's people were prophets. Would that God would put his Spirit on all of them."

Amos 3:7 (The Message)

3:7 The fact is, God, the Master, does nothing without first telling his prophets the whole story.

GOD spoke many times and He has proof on it. Even when Adam and Eve sinned, GOD spoke to them.

He spoke to us thru dreams and visions in the Old Testament.

GOD spoke to us thru His creations.

Romans 1:20 (The Message)

It was already given, GOD spoke thru His laws, GOD spoke thru the prophets, thru dreams and visions, thru people who lived in the Old Testament, thru Psalms and Proverbs, thru His creations, so no one has an excuse.

Now in the New Testament of Grace, GOD spoke to us thru His HOLY SPIRIT in the last days.

2 Peter 1:21 (The Message)

1:21 And why? Because it's not something concocted in the human heart. Prophecy resulted when the Holy Spirit prompted men and women to speak God's Word.

Joel 2:28 (The Message)

GOD speaks thru our pastoral leaders.

Hebrews 13:7 (The Message)

13:7 Appreciate your pastoral leaders who gave you the Word of God. Take a good look at the way they live, and let their faithfulness instruct you, as well as their truthfulness. There should be a consistency that runs through us all.
