Summary: "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." God has always used symbols to create a understanding in people. here are the seven used to describe how he cares for you!
1 Peter 5:6-7

God’s Seven Symbols of Caring
As a Mother
Isaiah 66:13 As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
As a Father
Psalms 103:13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
As a Nurse
1 Thessalonians 2:7 But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:
As a Shepherd Seeketh
Ezekiel 34:12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
As a Hen Shelters
Matthew 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
