God, in His immense power, is our ultimate savior and protector. We all face a common adversary, known as Satan or the Devil. However, with God's mighty hand, we can be saved and delivered from this enemy.

Introduction

God is a powerful God, and because of this, His hand is powerful to save and deliver us from the hands of our enemy. We all have an enemy, and his name is Satan or the Devil.

The hand of God is powerful upon us, His children. God created us all in His own image and likeness, as stated in Genesis 1:27. Therefore, His hand is upon us, and knowing this will help us rest in His plan for our lives. No matter what we are going through, the most important thing to know is that God has His hand on us. He knows where we are spiritually, physically, financially, emotionally, and mentally. And because His hand is upon us, He will ensure that all things work out for our good.

The Power of God's Hand

God is the all-powerful, ever-present, and all-knowing God whose eyes are upon us as His children. He is fully aware of what is happening in our lives, and with His mighty hand on us, He can deliver us from trouble and help us through it all. Isaiah 59:1 says, "Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear."

God's hand is not too weak to save us from the hands of the enemy. We are loved by God so much that He sent His only Son to die for us all (John 3:16). With His hand, He parted the Red Sea (Exodus 14:21), made the sun stand still and the moon stop (Joshua 10:13), and opens and shuts doors (Revelation 3:7 and Isaiah 22:22). God loves us so much that He wrote our names in the palm of His hands (Isaiah 49:16).

Examples from the Bible

There are examples from the Bible to prove this. Let's look at Joseph's story in Genesis 37-50. Joseph's father favored him, but his brothers did not. God gave Joseph dreams that he would rule over his family, but his brothers plotted to kill him and eventually sold him as a slave to the Egyptians. Despite all the hardships, Joseph became the king's favorite and was eventually made a ruler. Because of a famine, his family had to flee to Egypt, and Joseph's family bowed down to him. In this story, we see that God's plan came to fruition in Joseph's life because His hand was upon him.

Another example is Job. Job trusted in God, but he lost everything he owned in one day – his property, possessions, and even his children. His friends accused him of sinning, and he was physically tormented. His wife even told him to curse God in his pain. However, God's plan came through in Job's life because His hand was mighty upon him. Job was able to say, "I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth" (Job 19:25).

Trusting in God's Hand

God's hand is mighty to save those who trust in Him. Psalm 16:8 says, "I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken." When we trust in God and keep our focus on Him, we will not be shaken. We can ask for His mercy and receive the wonderful gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life. With His hand upon us, we can do all things through Him who strengthens us.

The promises of God are "Yes" and "Amen" through His Son Jesus Christ. Psalm 89:21 says, "My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him." And in John 10:29, Jesus says, "My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand." God's hand is mighty to save those who trust in Him.

Conclusion

Psalm 139:10 assures us that even in the darkest places, God's hand will lead us and hold us. Let us hold onto His promises in our lives. Because He is faithful to His word, we will see His mighty hand upon our lives, guiding us and helping us through the storms of life.

God is good, and His mighty hand is upon us all.
