Many Christians set resolutions or prophesy about what they want God to do in the upcoming year. As the year ends, many of these remain unresolved. This sermon is to encourage them that even if it's 1 minute before midnight on December 31, God can still perform miracles.
Exodus 12:1-2 - "The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, 'This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year.'"
Psalm 105:37 - "He brought out Israel, laden with silver and gold, and from among their tribes no one faltered."
Although we are just a few hours away from the New Year, I want to remind you that the year is not yet over! We may have plans and resolutions for the coming year, but let's not forget that there is still time left in this year to see God's work in our lives.
As we approach the end of the year, it can be a challenging time filled with uncertainty. However, we can choose to make the best of what is left. Instead of feeling discouraged or ashamed because our resolutions have not been fulfilled, let's recommit ourselves to the Lord and believe that He can still work miracles in our lives. The year is not yet over!
At the end of each year, many people set goals and make resolutions. Sometimes, these resolutions remain unresolved by Christmas, leading to disappointment. But I want to remind you that it is not too late for your resolutions to be fulfilled. The year is not yet over!
God can still perform miracles in the remaining hours of this year. He can accomplish what has not yet been accomplished. Believe that God can do it now! He can bring healing, provide financial blessings, and fulfill His promises. The year is not yet over!
Just as the Israelites left Egypt healthy and wealthy, we too can step into the New Year leaving behind our problems. We can leave behind sickness, poverty, sorrow, and any burdens that have weighed us down. God is ready to bring us out with His mighty hand, just as He did for the Israelites. The year is not yet over!
Under the old covenant, God delivered the Israelites from Egypt. But even under the new covenant, He remains faithful to His promises. We can trust in His faithfulness and step into a new beginning of health, healing, holiness, and happiness. The year is not yet over!
Let us hold onto hope as we approach the New Year. Our hope is in the Lord, who created the heavens and the earth. Don't fret if your desires and purposes have not yet been fulfilled. There is still time for God to manifest His work in your life. He is ever-present and can do it right now. Remember, the year is not yet over!
