One who breaks through barriers for the sake of others

Bold courageous one we emulate

We find the word hero over 130 times in the bible

A bible hero is one who lives in a way to break down barriers

A hero shows the people what may be accomplished leaving them to live as they once through impossible.

My hero is Jesus Christ

Isaiah 7: 14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Born in a stable about 5 b.c.

Had to escape for his life to Egypt

Hero’s in the bible

Change boundaries/ redefine battles/ achieve victories

So others can rise to greater heights

Defeat vicious enemies

Occupy new territories

Find greater depth in God

Over comes bondage in their lives.

Jesus was Humble

Jesus was Obedient

Jesus was Objective

Jesus was compassionate

Jesus had victorious

Over death/hell/grave
