Every person is controlled either by God or Satan. This is the difference in people.

Galatians 2:20, Acts 20:17-24, Paul controlled by God.

Mark 5:1-6, an unsaved man controlled by Satan.

Romans 7:15-25, possible for Christians at certain times to have a mixture of control.

Galatians 5:17, dual nature of Christian, spiritual man living in the flesh.

I. When Satan Controls

1. Mark 5:1-5

2. Under the domination and control of Satan. Satan’s people behave as he directs.

3. 2 Corinthians 4:4, Satan blinds his people from the gospel.

4. Romans 2:17-20, Satan made direct a cultured refined gentleman to join a church and take part in the services. He may direct him to give money but remain as he is. Proverbs 14:12, there's a way that seemeth right. But it's not by works of righteousness which we have done.

5. John 8:44, religious people in the company of Jesus.

6. Isaiah 64:6, Psalm 14:2,3, unsaved church members are the same as people who have never come to church.

7. Psalm 14:1, Satan made direct one to be an infidel or an atheist. No marvel for Satan himself is transformed into an Angel of light. Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as ministers of righteousness Whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:14, Luke 12:20, God called a fool.

II. When God and Satan Controls

1. 1 Peter 5:6

a. 2 Corinthians 12:7, Satan buffet Christians body. Job 1

b. Philippians 3:4,6 works to deceive men, religious organizations.

c. Proverbs 16:25, works through civic organizations such as lodges, clubs, almsgiving.

III. When God Controls

1. Galatians 2:20, through living Christ who saved us from our sins. The blood buys and possesses. 1 Corinthians 6:19,20

2. 2 Timothy 2:15, Psalm 119:11, bye the infallible word.

3. John 14:26, 16:13, 14:17, the Holy Spirit.

IV. Three Things to Remember About God:

1. God has open eyes and never slumbers, Psalm 121:4-8.

2. He has rules for his work, Romans 6:23.

3. He has passion for souls, 2 Peter 3:2

4. he gave his son Jesus for our sins. We must repent and believe on him and receive his gift of everlasting life, Romans 5:8.
