God Care For Us

GOD’ S CARE FOR US

1st Peter 5: 6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

When we understand how much God cares for us then and only then we know him for real.

1. He cares as a father for his child. PROVIDINGLY

Romans 8: 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall

he not with him also freely give us all things?

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

2. As a mother cares for her offspring. AFFENTIVELY

Isaiah 49: 15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

3. As a farmer for his farm. ATTENTIVELY

Matthew 13: He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

4. As the eyelid that cares for the eye. INSTANTLY

Deuteronomy 32: 9 For the LORD'S portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.

10 He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.

5. As a friend cares for his friend. FAITHFULLY

Proverbs 17: 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

6. As a keeper cares for his charge. WATCHFULLY

Revelation 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

7. As the banker cares for your money on deposit with him. SECRETLY

Galatians 3: 3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
