Summary: We're going to explore a vital aspect of our relationship with God is about our physical health.

We're going to explore a vital aspect of our relationship with God is about our physical health. We'll examine biblical examples that demonstrate God's desire for our well-being and discover how we can walk in divine health.

In 3 John 1:2, we read, "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well." This verse highlights God's desire for our overall well-being, including our physical health.

Let's look at more biblical examples:

- Exodus 15:26 - "I am the Lord who heals you."

- Psalm 103:2-3 - "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."

- Isaiah 53:5 - "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by whose wounds we are healed."

- Matthew 8:16-17 - "When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: 'He took our infirmities and bore our diseases.'"

These passages demonstrate God's desire to heal and restore our physical bodies. Jesus' ministry was marked by healing and deliverance, showing us that God cares about our overall well-being.

As believers, we can:

- Pray for healing (James 5:14-15)

- Trust in God's promises (Psalm 103:2-3)

- Walk in obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-6)

- Claim God's provision (Isaiah 53:5)

Let's pray:

"Heavenly Father, we thank you for your desire to heal and restore our bodies. We claim your promises for our health and well-being, and trust in your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May we walk in divine health, a testimony to God's love and care for us. Amen
