To show that JESUS is guarding us from behind, His Presence rewards us more by increasing our light, health and righteousness. When you have JESUS you are healthy, wealthy and righteous.

IV. TEXT:

Isaiah 58:8 (King James Version)

58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

V. THESIS:

Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS, for Your very Presence will be my reward, my light, health and righteousness will go before me. I have you LORD, I am healthy, wealthy and righteous.

E. Key word: Salvation. Isaiah means "Salvation of Jehovah"

Glory is "kabod kabod" in Hebrew meaning:

1. properly weight

2. splendor or copiousness

3. honor

Celebrities and american idols carry these name tags, as if they're god but they're not they have taken GOD's Glory, for Glory is only fitting to GOD. Nowadays, they say "wow, heavy!" GOD can only carry that name tag not humans. Don't take the Glory of GOD and put it on yourself, unless you want to be eaten by worms.

Acts 12:23 (Amplified Bible)

12:23 And at once an angel of the Lord smote him and cut him down, because he did not give God the glory (the preeminence and kingly majesty that belong to Him as the supreme Ruler); and he was eaten by worms and died.

Rereward is "asaph" in Hebrew meaning:

1. to gather for any purpose

2. receive, take away, destroy, leave behind, put up, restore

3. assemble, bring, consume, destroy, fetch, gather

4. put all together, receive, recover, take away

5. withdraw

Re-reward is something we gather at the end, or here on earth, consider it as points, whenever you buy something it's credited in your debit card or credit card as points, wherein at the end of a certain time, you can exchange for money or for other things that you can purchase using that points. It's a gathering. Credit card companies derived these principles from the Bible, though they don't acknowledge it, the LORD is the Originator of Points and Rewards not financiers. But too bad, they reduce rewards into reward points on your cards or cellphones.

Glory is GOD's Presence, it may not be measured by any human standards but only GOD's standards. We can measure it by faith executed in love though.

3:18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it];

Our health and light will both speed up. We are becoming like more and more like JESUS, as we are called the light of this world. Our health will get better and better.

B. Our righteousness shall go before us, the Glory of the LORD shall be our Reward

"and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward"

Our righteousness is JESUS, therefore, people can see JESUS more in you, and we also get His Presence in our lives. We are exploding in Heavenly Wisdom, filled with the Spirit's revelation and the HOLY SPIRIT's leading rules our lives.
