Glory Hidden In Suffering

Summary: Suffering is included in our journey to glory. Many think when bible is talking about suffering, it's talk about lack of money or lack of just physical things, If this is our definition of Suffering, then, what makes us different from unbeliever that are passing through same thing
WHAT IS SUFFERING?
The definition of Suffering is in the book of John 17:14
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Suffering is STAYING inside the WORLD and not DOING the things of the WORLD
3 TYPES OF WORLD
1 Earth is a world (a location)
2) Human is a world. John 3;16 (Creatures)
3) System ( A world system that is govern by the devil)
Thou
WE (HUMAN) are in the world (LOCATION) but we are not of the world (SYSTEM).
There is only one thing that bring us to suffering which is pitching our tent with Jesus.
SUFFERING THAT BRINGS GLORY
Not all suffering brings glory.
The only suffering that brings glory is "Enmity with the world"
Christain suffering are not judge by physical things only they are basically judge according to our yieldness to God.
The more we yield to God, the more the world will hate us. So dont be surprise if they hate you for what you stand for.
WHAT SUFFERING BRINGS
Suffering can bring anything that will want to crush your soul. Anything yielding to christ cost you, either pain, hunger, shame even death are termed suffering.
WHAT TO DO DURING SUFFERING.
1) Have the revelation of the glory that awaiting us.
2) Know that suffering is for a moment 1 Peter 5:6
3) Have the consciousness that we are not fighting for victory but fighting in victory.
CONCLUSION
Your present suffering and rejection is a trademark that you are standing with Christ.
PRAYER POINT
Lord Jesus, help me to endure to the end.
