Summary: Always give and always support the weak

May the peace of the Lord be with you.

Topic: GIVE WITHOUT LIMITS AND SUPPORT THE WEAK

Acts 20:33-38 King James Version (KJV)

33 I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.

34 Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.

35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

36 And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.

37 And they all wept sore, and fell on Paul's neck, and kissed him,

38 Sorrowing most of all for the words which he spake, that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him unto the ship.

Beloved, Paul the Apostle, lived a life where he provided for himself and the people He was with. He provided for his whole team without having to take from the people he ministered to or taught.

Paul the Apostle, didn't live to amass wealth or own any property. He lived to give all he had for the growth and development of the Kingdom of God. He coveted nothing because he wanted nothing.

Beloved, Paul lived by the principle Jesus taught which says: *"there is more blessings in giving than receiving"*. Beloved, this principle or teaching of Jesus Christ, caused Paul to live a selfless life and rather work to take care of his team.

Paul the Apostle also believed in supporting the weak. So throughout his life he supported the weak by ministering to them bread and spiritual things. He urged the elders to support the weak always.

Beloved, Paul lived by these principle and worked hard with his hands so he could give and also support the weak for God to have mercy on him and maybe bless him more.

Beloved, learn to give than to receive and also, always be in the position to support the weak that your Father in heaven may have mercy on you and bless you for you to do more for the Kingdom.

Beloved, Paul the Apostle has lived this life and is gone, now, you and I are next in line to live this sacrificial life for the purposes of supporting and building the Kingdom of God.

May the church learn to give than expect to receive and also support the weak but not take advantage of them to exploit them in the name of Jesus.

Beloved, *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Jesus gave out so much, not looking at what He would receive in return. Jesus supported the weak by feeding them, praying for their healing and teaching them the unadulterated Word of God to build them and the Kingdom. Every preacher or shepherd and Christian must emulate this in Jesus name.

Prayer: Father please, strengthen and bless me, support me so I can give all I have to the Kingdom and also support the weak, as I come across them in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
