Generation Of Vipers

Isaiah 59:14 (Amplified Bible)

Justice is turned away backward, and righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God) stands far off; for truth has fallen in the street (the city’s forum), and uprightness cannot enter [the courts of justice].

Psalms 10:6-7 (Amplified Bible)

He thinks in his heart, I shall not be moved; for throughout all generations I shall not come to want or be in adversity.

His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, oppression (fraud); under his tongue are trouble and sin (mischief and iniquity).

Romans 3:10-14 (Amplified Bible)

As it is written, None is righteous, just and truthful and upright and conscientious, no, not one.

No one understands [no one intelligently discerns or comprehends]; no one seeks out God.

All have turned aside; together they have gone wrong and have become unprofitable and worthless; no one does right, not even one!

Their throat is a yawning grave; they use their tongues to deceive (to mislead and to deal treacherously). The venom of asps is beneath their lips.

Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.

It breaks my heart that we are in the center of this generation of vipers and we can't make them accept the LORD JESUS as their own LORD and SAVIOR no matter how hard we try. Yes, they will accept in hypocrisy but not in reality, they will just agree with you, they will even pray the sinner's prayer with you but it's all in vain and emptiness. They don't meant it at all. The problem is their heart.

B. For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks

"For out of the fullness (the overflow, the superabundance) of the heart the mouth speaks."

The heart of this generation of vipers are full of evil of course, full of venom.

Luke 6:45 (Amplified Bible)

The upright (honorable, intrinsically good) man out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart produces what is upright (honorable and intrinsically good), and the evil man out of the evil storehouse brings forth that which is depraved (wicked and intrinsically evil); for out of the abundance (overflow) of the heart his mouth speaks.

ILLUSTRATION: One agent cursed everyone and uttered every cursed words while listening to the worship song that I've just requested. It won't vibed with his inner nature which is sin and death.

1 Corinthians 2:14 (Amplified Bible)

But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.

IX. CONCLUSION:

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are keeping and guarding my heart with all vigilance and You are flowing out from it.
