Fluttering Of Our Heart
Contributed by Samuel M on Feb 29, 2024 (message contributor)
Summary: There is a fluttering in our hearts when the Holy Spirit moves in God’s house. The fluttering of our hearts creates a deep yearning and longing towards our beloved Jesus. This fluttering makes our hearts awaken to hear the voice of our beloved Jesus and make us search for Jesus.
There is a fluttering in our hearts when the Holy Spirit moves in God’s house. The fluttering of our hearts creates a deep yearning and longing towards our beloved Jesus. This fluttering makes our hearts awaken to hear the voice of our beloved Jesus and make us search for Jesus. In God’s presence, the Holy Spirit flutters our heart with a burning desire to see Jesus. Our job is to search Jesus.
Fluttering of our heart – is a sudden awakening of our hearts to the sweetness and conscious awareness of Jesus. My beloved is mine, and I am his (Song of Solomon 2:16) is the experience when the Holy Spirit flutters our heart.
A deep desire to see Jesus till we see Jesus in all His fullness. Nowadays, fluttering of our hearts by the Holy Spirit nowadays is a rare phenomenon. But when that occurs, the veil of misunderstanding about Jesus will be lifted, and we will be able to see Jesus clearly.
Our doctrines, ignorance or our needs have nullified this phenomenon. When the Holy Spirit moves, the Holy Spirit gently rubs the impressions of Jesus on our hearts. Sustain these impressions of Jesus and draw from this fluttering to discover Jesus fully. When Holy Spirit moves, don’t come out God’s presence without finding and seeing Jesus. Search for the beloved Jesus in the move of the Holy Spirit. Be cautious if you see angels in the move of the Holy Spirit without seeing Jesus. Only Jesus reveals His face; angels conceal or hide their faces.
When the Holy Spirit moves over your life, the Holy Spirit deposits a deeper yearning to see Jesus. When was the last time you experienced the fluttering of your heart in God’s presence?
These days worship in churches concludes when the Holy Spirit moves but without the Holy Spirit fully completing its work.
Holy Spirit’s complete work in bringing God’s presence is to show and reveal Jesus.
Without seeing Jesus and closing worship is an incomplete meal. Without seeing Jesus in the church is an incomplete day.
Worship has a significance or meaning when the King Jesus is seen. When the king is not seen, the worship does not have any meaning. The adoration is meaningless if the monarch is not present.
Today’s worship leaders close the worship without bringing Jesus to the congregation. Worship leaders need to start worship by welcoming Jesus in the church and close worship when Jesus comes to the church. Worship is complete when Jesus is seen in our church.
