Five Things the Devil doesn’t want You to Know
Text:2 Cor. 2:11
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
There are certain things that Satan does not want you and I to know. Satan is the master of deception-
He wants to keep you from the truth
Jesus said, “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32).
There are five truths I want to share with you:
1. Jesus Loves You - No matter what you have done- Every one in the sound of my voice - Jesus Loves you!!! Jesus died for you!!!!
“not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” 2 Peter 3:9
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Rom. 5:8
God love is unconditional-
2. Salvation is a free gift- You don’t earn it or deserve it!-
Salvation is gift - You must ask him for it!
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” Rom. 3:23.
3. God always hears and answers Prayer-
God always hears us when we pray-
The bible actually says he hears us even before we pray. The Devil doesn’t want you to pray.
1 Peter 3:12
“For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.”
Every time you pray - the devil whispers in your ear - God didn’t hear you! Prayer doesn’t do any good!
The devil doesn’t want you to know what happens in the Spirit when you pray!
4. If God be for us - Who can be against us!-
God is for you not against you! We need to be on God’s side. He will fight your battles for you.
Rom. 8:31
“If God be for us, then who can be against us.”
5. Jesus will never us or Forsake us!-
The devil will try to make us believe that God will leave us or forsake us.
Heb. 13:5
“for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”
God is always THERE!
