V. THESIS:

Praise, worship and thank You very much for the Spirit of GOD dwells within us and we are already blessed with wisdom and ability, understanding and intelligence, knowledge in all kinds of craftsmanship. The Spirit of GOD is our seal, deposit and guarantee of GOD's promise for us.

2 Corinthians 1:22 (Amplified Bible)

1:22 [He has also appropriated and acknowledged us as His by] putting His seal upon us and giving us His [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as the security deposit and guarantee [of the fulfillment of His promise].

Ephesians 5:18 (Amplified Bible)

5:18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but ever be filled and stimulated with the [Holy] Spirit.

Debauchery means excess in the pleasures of the table; gluttony; intemperance. But chiefly, habitual lewdness; excessive unlawful indulgence of lust.

Ephesians 6:18 (Amplified Bible)

6:18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).

Filled with the Spirit of GOD - is an excellent spirit that no man can gain by study or learning, but it is all divine effort that GOD has given to man, man already has this even before the foundation of the world. [Ruach Elohim] - the Spirit of GOD.

Our examples:

Hiram:

1 Kings 7:14 (Amplified Bible)

7:14 He was the son of a widow of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a worker in bronze. He was full of wisdom, understanding, and skill to do any kind of work in bronze. So he came to King Solomon and did all his [bronze] work.

Bezalel:

Exodus 31:2-3 (Amplified Bible)

31:2 See, I have called by name Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.

31:3 And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and ability, in understanding and intelligence, and in knowledge, and in all kinds of craftsmanship,

Solomon before having it, he prayed but he prayed to have political wisdom not heavenly wisdom:

1 Kings 3:7-9 (Amplified Bible)

3:7 Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king instead of David my father, and I am but a lad [in wisdom and experience]; I know not how to go out (begin) or come in (finish).

3:8 Your servant is in the midst of Your people whom You have chosen, a great people who cannot be counted for multitude.

3:9 So give Your servant an understanding mind and a hearing heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and bad. For who is able to judge and rule this Your great people?

We can also ask GOD not for political wisdom but heavenly wisdom from the Father of lights.
