Summary: Evil people are not your enemy. They are your mission.

2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: :4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds

Ephesians 6:12 KJV For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Hate not the evil person. Hate the devil and the demons that influence them. Pray for their deliverance and salvation, not their damnation. Use the right weapon against the right enemy.

God is not willing that any should perish and neither should you. Your worst enemy has a soul that Jesus died to save. Die to your own pain, anger or whatever and pray for their soul. They are imprisoned by their sin. They are controlled by the warden, satan. Jesus came to set the captive free. The Gospel in your hands and prayer from your lips are keys to their freedom. Do not toss the keys in a drawer and leave them in their cell to go to Hell.

We are to break down the gates of Hell not rejoice when people enter them. They may have hurt us horribly, but Jesus on the Cross forgave those who were a part of that for they knew not what they did. Those entrapped by sin and Hell do not really know what they are doing because their eyes are blinded by the great deceiver. Pray that God will rip off the blinders that they may see. To do anything else is to know nothing of Calvary’s or your mission as His Ambassador. Maranatha!
