Evidence You Are Worthy of Communion
1 Cor. 11:17-22
Purchased by the blood of Christ
1 Cor. 6:20 “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”
You are no longer condemned
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
III. You’re a new creature
2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
IV. You’ve Been Justified
Romans 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
