Eternally Fit

A person whom God breaks is the person whom God uses. If God is breaking you, it is for a purpose. That purpose is to make you fit for eternity and prepare you to spend all of eternity with God. God sometimes breaks you by allowing some sickness( or health issues) for a period of time in order to give you His eternal health, which transforms your bodies and allows you to live for a very long time. God sometimes breaks your wisdom and knowledge in order to offer you His Eternal wisdom. God breaks you in some areas of your life in order to give you His eternal perspective or blessing in that area. God prepares us by breaking our earthly nature before giving us His divine nature because He dislikes the mixture of earthly and divine natures. Breaking is the process by which God prepares us.

God breaks you in order to set you on the path of knowing an eternal God and to get you ready to live eternity with God. We live with lot of limitations in our earthly life. For example – with our finite earthly wisdom, we cannot grasp or know or fully understand an Infinite Eternal God who has existed for billions of years. In order to know an Eternal God, we require divine wisdom and understanding ( which is given only by God). Our earthly bodies are unable to withstand the fullness of God’s Glory, so we need resurrected bodies in order to withstand God’s Glory. When God breaks you, He also breaks all these limitations, transforming them into means by which we might come to know the Eternal God and get ready to spend eternity with Him.
