To show that eternal life is here on earth and on the Kingdom of GOD

“I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.

V. THESIS:

Hear and believe GOD's message to us, and be transferred from death to life.

VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. Whoever hears the Word

1. Hears came from the Greek word:"akouo" meaning give audience, be reported, understand. The Greek word suggest when you hear, understanding is included.

2. Importance of hearing GOD's Words

Acts 28:28 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

So I want you to know that this salvation from God has also been offered to the Gentiles, and they will accept it.”

Romans 10:14 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?

So what makes us think we can escape if we ignore this great salvation that was first announced by the Lord Jesus himself and then delivered to us by those who heard him speak?

B. Faith in GOD

1. GOD, the Father sent the GOD, the Son into the world

And this is the will of Him Who sent Me, that I should not lose any of all that He has given Me, but that I should give new life and raise [them all] up at the last day.

And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.”

C. No more judgment

1. condemnation or judgment came from the Greek word:"krisis" meaning justice, accusation, damnation, judgment

2. No more judgment for those who believes

If we love our Christian brothers and sisters, it proves that we have passed from death to life. But a person who has no love is still dead.

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

that even though we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!)

D. Transferred from death to life

He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.

It is the same today, for a few of the people of Israel have remained faithful because of God’s Grace — His undeserved kindness in choosing them.

And since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s Grace would not be what it really is — free and undeserved.
