Many people have asked this question, "Does Jesus Really Care About Little Me?" The text that I have giving I believe answers the question very simply. Casting ALL your care upon on Him:" means giving Him everything; your troubles, your problems, your worries, and your concerns. benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth
all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who
crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender
mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that
thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for
all that are oppressed.
B. When we have come to the end of ourselves
and realize that we are a sinner, and we do
something about it.

39And he went a little further, and fell on his face,
and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible,let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
