Despise Not Any Role Of Service In The Kingdom Of God

Topic: DON'T DESPISE ANY ROLE OF SERVICE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

Acts 6:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.

Beloved, this scripture is one that I really appreciate and love.

God did not reveal to anybody including Stephen himself, the real reason why He had him selected as a "Dining Hall Coordinator" or "Food Sharer", prayed for and laid hands on for impartation to that work.

God Almighty knew the kind of preparation Stephen needed, in terms of making speeches, getting people to understand his point and make all feel comfortable except evil ones who are possessed and just bent on doing evil no matter what.

Stephen also knew how to contain such people and endure their attacks no matter how worse at the same time standing his grounds and keeping to his faith and not giving up but still doing the right thing.

Beloved, only God knows the real reason why you are where you are or have been called to where you are now. Not you nor the Man of God who even anointed you knows.

So whatever you find to do or are selected to do in the Kingdom of God, do it and do it well. That may be your stepping stone into greatness, that may be your preparatory grounds for the real call of God on your life.

Therefore beloved, despise not small beginnings nor anything you are given to do, don't look down on that role but see it as an opportunity to serve God and to push the Kingdom Agenda.

In doing this have in mind that, you are helping and making sure hell is depopulated by fire and heaven populated by grace to the glory of God.

Stephen accepted to share food and supplies and this relieved the Apostles of a burden to enable them win many more souls into the Kingdom by giving themselves to the Word and Prayer and having great time to preach and teach without worrying about how to go about Stephen's task.

Stephen was winning souls indirectly through the Apostles as he did his work diligently and freed them of that burden so they could win souls directly.

*IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. If we will see ourselves as serving Jesus instead of men when we are given roles to play in the Kingdom, we will serve diligently and selflessly no matter the role. Let's focus on Jesus in all things to have a better and dedicated Christian life. Amen.
