In a world filled with uncertainties, setbacks, and doubts, God's promises stand firm and unwavering. We can count on them because they come from a faithful God who keeps His word. Out of curiosity, I typed into Google this question, “How many promises from God are found in the Bible?” Here is the response: The exact number of promises from God in the Bible varies depending on how one defines and counts them. Scholars and biblical researchers estimate that there are approximately 7,000 promises made by God throughout the Scripture. These promises encompass a wide range of blessings, assurances, and commitments, including promises of salvation, guidance, provision, protection, and eternal life. While the precise count can differ based on interpretation and translation, what remains clear is that God's promises are abundant and serve as a foundation of hope and assurance for believers.
