1. The Young Man's Way - There's

A Calling from God's Word - 9 Wherewithal shall a young man

A Cleansing in God's Word - cleanse his way?

A Cleaving to God's Word - by taking heed thereto

A Claiming of God's Word - according to thy word

We Claim It as God's Word , and It Claims Us.

2. The Young Man's Will

Total Devotion - 10 With my whole heart

Total Dedication - have I sought thee:

Total Discretion - O let me not wander

Total Dominion - from thy commandments.

3. The Young Man's Word

A Holy Word - God's Word - 11 Thy word

A Hidden Word - have I hid in mine heart,

A Healthy Word - that I might not sin against thee.

4. The Young Man's Worship

A Faithful Worship - 12 Blessed art thou, O Lord:

A Focused Worship - O Lord:

A Fruitful Worship - teach me thy statutes. (Andrew Fraser)

5. The Young Man's Witness

It's Personal - 13 With my lips

It's Practical - have I declared

It's Plentiful - all the judgments

It's Prophetical - of thy mouth - Isaiah 55:11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

6. The Young Man's Wealth

The Secret of His Joy - 14 I have rejoiced

The Source of His Joy - in the way of thy testimonies,

The Sum of His Joy - as much as in all riches.

7. The Young Man's Wisdom

His Meditation is Deliberate - 15 I will meditate

Definitely, Diligently, (Search the Scriptures) Daily, and Delightedly -

Psalm 1: Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

His Meditation is Defined - in thy precepts, -

It's Not - What I say about God - I can be deceived

What Others say about God - they can be deceived

It's What God says about me - 15 I will meditate in thy precepts,

His Meditation is Deferential - and have respect unto thy ways.

What shall I do then with Jesus?, Neutral I Cannot be,

For soon my soul will be asking, what shall He do with me?.

8. The Young Man's Wonder -

At The Will of God,

At The Work of God,

At The Word of God,

At The Way to God,

16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
