Be Wise For Worthy Life

Summary: Apostle Paul discussed the rules to follow of those who belonged to the Lord Jesus Christ.
I. To WAKE Up
1. The POWER of the light
*verse 13, (EVERYTHING that is hidden will be EXPOSED by the light)
"But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes everything visible.
2. The PERK of the Lord
*verse 14, (rise from SLEEP so that Jesus SHINE on us)
This is why it is said: 'Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.' ”
II. To WORTH The Time
1. To UNDERSTAND its worth
*verse 15, (COMPREHEND it CAREFULLY)
"Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise."
2. To USE it wisely
*verse 16a, (by MAKING every MINUTE count)
"Making the most of every opportunity."
III. To be WISE In Living
1. Perceive the SIGNS of godlessness
*verse 16b, ((DEVIL'S principles are DOMINANT)
"Because the days are evil."
2. Perceive the SIGNIFICANCE of godliness
*verse 17, (be WISE by understanding the WORD of God)
"Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is."
Conclusion: Following the righteous examples of the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to ensure that we can follow His will without going astray. Allowing Him to rule all over us, our feet can walk His way.
