Arresting The Kadesh Barnea Syndrome

14 And the time we took to come from Kadesh Barnea until we crossed over the Valley of the Zered was thirty-eight years, until all the generation of the men of war was consumed from the midst of the camp, just as the Lord had sworn to them.

I call this the Kadesh Barnea syndrome. It is a syndrome of moving in circles and getting stuck on the verge of a breakthrough. This comes when we doubt God’s Word and ability. It comes when we listen to other voices rather that God’s voice. Poor self-image or esteem manifests at that point and it leads to unnecessary struggling.

The spirit of Kadesh Barnea, is the power behind wrong positioning, dashed hope and expectations, being in the wrong place for favor, vagabond motions, unpardonable errors, being singled out for punishment, beating about the bush, helpers becoming uncooperative, failure at the edge of breakthroughs, etc.

Lets read some scriptures and then pray!

Deuteronomy 1:21

21 Look, the Lord your God has set the land before you; go up and possess it, as the Lord God of your fathers has spoken to you; do not fear or be discouraged.’

Prayer Points

1. Every bitter water, flowing into my life, dry up, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every satanic prediction and expectation for my life, die, in the name of Jesus.

3. Thank the Lord for His ability to bring you into your land . Honor Him for He is always true to His promise.

4. Ask the Lord to forgive you from the sins of doubt and unbelief. Also, repent from listening and heeding to other voices, rather than His Voice.

5. Ask God to open your ears and that His voice will shake the Kadesh Barnea syndrome in all the areas of your life. Psalm 29:8

6. Command any stronghold of fear and intimidation that is limiting your life from moving forward to be broken.

7. Ask God to deliver from the fear of man. (This fear of what people will say, has been a killer of many destinies). Proverbs 29:25, Gal. 1:10

8. Command any spirit that wants to hold you down on the same spot in life, to be broken over your life. Any yoke of Kadesh Barnea syndrome, must be destroyed by the anointing of breakthrough and advancement.

9. Cancel and nullify any satanic decree or vow that is meant to hold you captive at the verge of a breakthrough in your life.

10. Declare that the spirit of faith and boldness will propel you to move forward into God’s promises.

11. O heavens, declare the glory of God over my life, in the name of Jesus.

12. If I am my own problem, deliver me now by Your mercy, O Lord, in Jesus’ name.

13. Every witchcraft bird that flies against me will not return alive, in Jesus’ name.

14. My brain, become a generator of prosperity, in the name of Jesus.

15. I receive the baptism of favor, in the name of Jesus.
