Are You Hungry

Summary: People are looking for the wrong food.
ARE YOU HUNGRY
Matt.15:32 Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
33 And his disciples say unto him, Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude?
34 And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes.
35 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground.
36 And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
37 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full.
38 And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children.
39 And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala.
Most people are looking for solid food to feel the needs of their life ,when all they need is to let Jesus feed them spiritually.
1.Jesus had compassion.
He knew they were tired.
He new they had not eat all day.
They had been on the move for three days.
They had not eaten.
2. Don’t send them away fasting.
They need food.
They will faint.
They are weak in body.
3. But what can we do ask his disciples?
We are in the wilderness we don’t have that kind of bread.
They are to many
They will not be time to prepare for suck a crowd
4. We got Seven, and a few little fishes.
There is not enough for all the ones here.
Some one will be left out.
This may cause trouble
5.And he commanded them sit down
Get ready to eat
All of you sit now
As they all sat quite Jesus took over the small amount of food.
6.He too the seven loafs and fishes
He gave God thanks for them
He ask God to bless them
God knew the needs of them all.
7. He broke the bread and told his disciples to pass it out.
Can you believe this I have feed 500 me to
Look there is more even now
There have over 4000 men not counting the women and children.
Hey look at this
We have 7 baskets left over
Wow what a miracle
That just God at work taking care of his own.
