Good Morning

Stand with me, lift your bible and repeat after me.

This is my Bible.

I am what it says I am.

I can do what it says I can do.

I am going to learn how to be what it says I can be.

Today I will learn more of the word of God.

The indestructible, never ending, living word Of God.

I will never be the same.

I will never be the same.

In Jesus Name

Amen?

I have a question for you,

Are you blessed?

God's love for you and I is unimaginable. It is way bigger than we think.

How much love does He have for you and I? More than we can imagine. We are blessed.

Are you Blessed?

I heard this message on the satellite radio in my car a little while ago. It was explained like this.

God’s love for us is like trying to put all the water in the world in a teacup.

Wow. That is impossible to imagine.

It’s also unimaginable how great His love is, but it is also impossible without receiving His love to imagine the blessings that He has for us for life.

It is abundant.

It is never-ending.

Blessed.

When I first accepted Christ, I wondered about what I was really supposed to be feeling or doing to be feeling close to God.

I have learned over the years that it is never going to be completely clear, but it will be something that is new every day.

I have learned to acknowledge Him in all parts of life.

His love never changes.

Blessed.

In your Bible, go to Luke 11:28 and say, “Amen” when you are there.

Luke 11:28 says: “But He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

I saw a great video a little while ago.

An older white woman was trying to walk up a series of about 25 steps with her small grocery cart, in downtown Chicago here in the United States.

It was at a busy traffic area along a street and all of the sudden a vehicle stopped and put the flashers on. A young black man gets out and runs over to help the lady up the steps by carrying her bag and her portable walker while she leaned on him as they went up the steps.

You could see her say, “Thank You” when they got to the top. She blew him a kiss as he walked down the steps and then he stopped. He ran back up and kissed her on the cheek and then went on his way. He was just being a blessing to her.

We are all blessed in that we can be sharing and enjoying God’s love in all we do.

Sharing the beauty of the world He created even when we are having a tough time.

Singing songs of praise and spending time in prayer.

Being a light in the dark world we are living in today, tomorrow, and for as long as we are alive here on His earth.

Do you know the nice part about our walk here on earth?

God remains the same. It says so in the Bible and in our lives.

Malachi 3:6 “For I am the LORD, I do not change;”

Do you know what one of the most interesting and wonderful things that has happened in my and yours is?

Being blessed.

Really?

Even with all of the things going on in our lives?

Blessed.

The most interesting thing that has happened in my life is that I have learned more and more about Jesus Christ and how He has continually become the most important part of my life.

I also have learned more that I am Blessed.

As you get older like me you start to realize all the things you have missed in your life.

Things that you could have changed.

Things that could have had better outcomes.

The hard part is we need to also remember the good things.

But you also realize all that He has created and allowed to be happening in our lives here in this world that we live.

It is for a purpose.

His purpose.

As we go on through life, we realize how He has brought us through things but also what He has given us.

We also have to remember that God loves us just as we are.

He loves us just as we are and as we walk on this earth living our lives, He will never change.

Let's read that verse again, “For I am the LORD, I do not change;”

Here are a couple of ideas for change and they all are surrounded by one word.

Blessed.

I am going to try and continue to be in the habit that I have been making sure I have been doing for quite a while.
