A. Another Comforter, the HOLY SPIRIT was sent from the GOD, the Father in GOD, the Son's Name

"But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit"

John 16:7 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you.

The HOLY SPIRIT are called by many names, among the major ones are: Advocate, Comforter, Encourager, Counselor all derived from the Greek word:"parakletos" reveals to us the works or functions of the HOLY SPIRIT.

John 14:16-17 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you.

He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.

John 14:26 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

John 15:26 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

“But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.

B. The HOLY SPIRIT will teach us all things

"the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything"

Luke 12:12 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what needs to be said.”

John 14:26 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

1 John 2:27 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.

1. The HOLY SPIRIT teaches us all things, that's why when we listen to a preacher, the HOLY SPIRIT enlightens us, using the preacher to talk to us personally, He deals with us thru our hearts sanctified by GOD. Why would He do that? Because, in the first place, our problem is our heart.

Acts 15:8 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

God knows people’s hearts, and he confirmed that he accepts Gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he did to us.

Acts 7:51 (New King James Version)

"You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.

Matthew 13:15 (New International Version)

For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.'

Mark 7:21-23 (New Living Translation, Second Edition)

For from within, out of a person’s heart, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder,

adultery, greed, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness.

All these vile things come from within; they are what defile you.”

C. The HOLY SPIRIT will remind us all things that the LORD JESUS said.

"and will remind you of everything I have told you."
