Summary: NASB

1 Kings 19:7 “The angel of the LORD came again a second time and touched him and said “Arise, eat, because the journey is too great for you.”

2 Kings 6: 17 “Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. And the LORD opened the servant’s eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

Ps 91:11 “For He will give His angels charge of you to guard you in all your ways”

Matthew 26: 53 “Or do you think I cannot appeal to My Father, and he will at once put at My disposal more than 12 legions of angels”

Luke 1: 26, 30, 35 “Now in the 6th month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city in Galilee called Nazareth . . . The angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God . . . The angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.”

Acts 10:3-4 About the [a]ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, “Cornelius!” 4 And fixing his gaze on him and being much alarmed, he said, “What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and [b]alms have ascended as a memorial before God.

30-31 Cornelius said, “Four days ago to this hour, I was praying in my house during the [a]ninth hour (3 to 4 p.m.) and behold, a man stood before me in shining garments, 31 and he *said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your [a]alms (or deeds of charity) have been remembered before God.

Acts 12: 7-15 And behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter’s side and woke him up, saying, “Get up quickly.” And his chains fell off his hands. 8 And the angel said to him, “Gird yourself and [a]put on your sandals.” And he did so. And he *said to him, “Wrap your cloak around you and follow me.” 9 And he went out and continued to follow, and he did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. 10 When they had passed the first and second guard, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened for them by itself; and they went out and went along one street, and immediately the angel departed from him. 11 When Peter came [b]to himself, he said, “Now I know for sure that the Lord has sent forth His angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all [c]that the Jewish people were expecting.” 12 And when he realized this, he went to the house of Mary, the mother of John who was also called Mark, where many were gathered together and were praying. 13 When he knocked at the door of the gate, a servant-girl named Rhoda came to answer. 14 When she recognized Peter’s voice, because of her joy she did not open the gate, but ran in and announced that Peter was standing in front of the gate. 15 They said to her, “You are out of your mind!” But she kept insisting that it was so. They kept saying, “It is his angel.”

1 Corinthians 12: 10 “And to another the distinguishing of spirits” (angels/demons)

Hebrews 1: 14 “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?”

Revelation 9: 15 And the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released, so that they would kill a third of mankind.

The 4 horsemen had already killed 1/4, leaving 3/42; we now kill 1/3 of the remainder, which is another 1/4 of the original. The horsemen and the angels kill 1/2 of all humans across these 2 verses. In 2019, that’s about 3.8 billion people. https://versenotes.org/revelation-by-the-numbers-0-1/
