Paul in Ephesus (v.1-10)
Baptized with the Spirit and with fire - John the Baptist said this about Christ in Luke 3.
Miracles at Ephesus (v.11-41)
The Acts apron (or handkerchief) - God sometimes does unusual miracles.
Head vs. heart knowledge - Evil knows if we really believe in Christ.
Goddess worship - this still happens today. For example, per www.india.com

The disciples (followers) protected Paul.
God may want us to humble ourselves and get prayed for by believers laying on hands. Then we may be healed and filled with the Holy Spirit's fruit (Galatians 5) and gifts (1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4, Romans 12)
