A Supernatural Touch

Bishop David Ibeleme

Ex. 4:1ff, 17, 20.

We all need a supernatural touch if we are going to make it on earth.

 Though we live in the world we are not of the world – Jn. 17; 2 Cor. 10:3-6.

 We cannot function carnally.

 The natural realm is limited while the supernatural is unlimited.

 The natural realm is temporal while the supernatural is eternal – 2 Cor. 4:17ff.

 The tools of our trade need a supernatural touch so we can overcome the natural or physical limitations we face.

 The essence of prayer (Christianity) is to introduce a supernatural touch; it connects heaven’s majesty to man’s misery on earth.

 Remember “our father which art in heaven” – Matt. 6:8ff; 18:19.

Carnality cannot profit us so we must destroy it – 2 Cor. 10:3ff.

 The flesh profits nothing; you cannot afford carnality – Jn. 6:63.

 Life is not about your ingenuity – Ecc. 9:11; Rom. 9:15-16.

 Stop the “reasonings” against the Word of God – 2 Cor. 10:4-6 (Amp).

 They make us unnecessarily inquisitive – Mk. 4:26ff.

 They give us itching ears – 2 Tim. 4:1ff.

 They make us waver – Jam. 1:5ff.

 They put us in unbelief – Jn. 20:24-29.

 They eventually destroy us by leading us into perdition – Heb. 10:37ff.

 God’s will is to save our souls and deliver us from destruction – Jam. 1:18ff.

Stay in the spirit – Eph. 5:18ff.

 Grieve not the Holy Spirit – Eph. 4:29ff; 1 Thess. 5:16ff.

 The Word is spirit and life – Jn. 6:63.

 You are a spirit – 1 Thess. 5:23.

 Faith is a spiritual force and it works by love – Mk. 11:23; Rom. 10:8ff; Gal. 5:6.

 Carnality leads us into disunity which is essentially not appreciating the glory of God in our lives – Jn. 17:22.

 The glory of God is spiritual – Rom. 6:4; Col. 1:27.

 Glory = Wealth (by the law of first mention) – Gen. 31:1; 45:13.

 Your wealth is therefore a spiritual issue – Hag. 2:6-9.

 It is God who gives us power to get wealth – Deut. 8:18.

 It is the Lord’s blessing that makes us rich adding no sorrow to it – Prov. 10:22.

 Hence the tool of your trade needs a supernatural touch – Ps. 18:33-34.

Receive Your Supernatural Touch Today

 God wants you to work, but primarily in His strength not just yours – Ps. 91:14ff; Is. 41:10; Zech. 4:6.

 He wants to help us supernaturally – Ps. 46:1, 10; 121.

 A supernatural touch will give you the lifting you need in this life – Hab. 3:17ff; Deut. 32:12ff.

 It will set you apart from others – Mal. 3: 14; 4:1ff.

 Abraham and Zechariah had children in their old age – Gen. 18/Lk. 1.

 Jacob – Gen. 28.

 Joseph – Gen. 39.

 Solomon – 1 Kg. 3:5ff.

 Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego – Dan. 1; 3; 6; 12.

 Israel in Goshen – Ex. 4.

 Mary the mother of Jesus – Lk. 1:27ff, 45.

 A supernatural touch transformed the tools of the following people; Moses (rod), Samson (jaw bone of an ass), David (sling shot and harp), Elijah and Elisha (mantle), Peter, James and John (boat and nets).

 It will make the tool of your trade miraculous – Ex. 4; 1 Sam. 16; 17; 2 Kg. 2.

 It will give you the ideas, concepts and insights you need for success in life – Dan. 12:1ff; Eph. 1:16ff.

 It will make you the head not the tail, above and not beneath – Gen. 28:13.

 It will protect you from witchcraft and all satanic forces – Num. 23:22-24; Jam. 4:6-7; 1 Pet. 5:5ff.

As you let God touch the tool of your trade supernaturally, you will experience His wondrous acts – Ps. 125:1ff.

NB: This outline on the Supernatural Touch came out of what He dropped in my spirit as I came out of my car when I got home around 9.45pm on Friday 6th Jan 2012.
