A PROMISE FOR YOU FROM THE LORD
**********************************************************************
LUKE 1:68-75
"Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come and has redeemed his people.
He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David
(as he said through his holy prophets of long ago),
salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us—
to show mercy to our fathers and to remember his holy covenant,
the oath he swore to our father Abraham:
to rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without fear
in holiness and righteousness before him all our days."

THE MESSAGE
A PROMISE FOR YOU FROM THE LORD FOR THE NEW YEAR 2007
**********************************************************************
1. ADORATION
The Lord is calling us to a lifestyle of praise and worship in this New Year. He wants us to worship Him in spirit and in truth . The Lord dwells in the midst of the praises of His people. As we live everyday in a spirit of worship we will experience the presence of God in a powerful way. We will experience the intervention of God in our battles to grant us victory and justice and deliverance. As we worship Him with our substance and are faithful to honour Him with our offerings we will experience His abundant provision in our lives.

JOHN 4:23-24

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
PSALM 34:1
" I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. "
PSALM 22:3
" But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel."
PSALM 149:6-9
" May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands,
to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples,
to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron,
to carry out the sentence written against them. This is the glory of all his saints. Praise the LORD."
ACTS 16:25-26
" About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.
Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everybody’s chains came loose."
PROVERBS 3:9-10
" Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops;
then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. "
2. VISITATION
The Lord will visit His people in this New Year and redeem and deliver them. We need not despair and feel as though the Lord has forgotten us . The Lord will come to us and deliver us and raise up a banner of victory and deliverance for us. When the Lord visits us there will be salvation in our house. Let us expect a visitation from God in the lives of our unsaved loved ones. There is healing and prosperity and miracles in our lives when the Lord visits us.

LUKE 1:68-69
"Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come and has redeemed his people.
He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David "
LUKE 19:5-10
"When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, "Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today."
So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly.
All the people saw this and began to mutter, "He has gone to be the guest of a ’sinner.’ "
But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, "Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount."
Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham.
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost."
JOHN 21:3-6
"I’m going out to fish," Simon Peter told them, and they said, "We’ll go with you." So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.
Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.
