A Place Called There

Genesis 12:1

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee.

For many of us God has spoken by his Word or by his Spirit to go to our place called "There". Our there could be a place of obedience or a place of there, wherever your there is at its hand is the place where your blessing lies.

There has to be a certainty of your position, place or person(s) in which will share in this commitment. You have to be very adamant in your decision and be sure that you don’t equate your proclamation according to what you feel God is saying based on geography but rather by the will of God. Ask yourself this question, where is my place called there?

Does your place call there have much to do with your place of obedience or your place of geography? It is very important that you know where God wants you to be. In this season It is imperative that we are positive that we identify where our there is, some of us are merely here but we want to get to our there. This is the time for you to submit yourself to Christ and ask for direction in your life that God will reveal the pathway to your destiny and make clear the purpose concerning his will.

It is extremely important that we don’t overdramatize our expectations because God does not think as we think nor does he have ways that are coherent to our ways; so it is without question that we do not attempt to reason with God but rather lay claim to what God has for us and he will in his own time get you to your place called there.
