This topic brings to mind a quote by the respected Christian author, A.W. Tozer, who once said, "A scared world needs a fearless church." This quote is relevant because it's these spiritual shepherds who are called to lead this fearless church, to guide us as we navigate through the trials and tribulations of this world.
Dear Lord, we ask that You open our hearts and minds to the message You have for us today. Help us to understand the importance of praying for Your choice of shepherds, the role of a pilgrim's shepherd, and the necessity of submitting to Your shepherds. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
